Shipping Policy

After completed purchase you will immediately receive an email confirming your order as well as a second email after processing that shows your shipment tracking information, make sure to check your spam if for any reason you don't see the email.  Allow us 1-2 days for processing & keep in mind orders placed on weekends or holidays will process and ship the next business day.

* We are not responsible for packages getting lost by the post office.
* We will not be responsible for inaccurate address provided by the customer.
* We will not refund if either or occur.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept exchanges/returns due to sanitary purposes ​, however if you receive an item that appears damaged we will be happy to replace it.

* To determine if your purchase is damaged/defective we will require photos.
* We ask within 48 hours of receiving your purchase to contact us to be eligible for exchanging your damaged/defective purchase.
* Shipping costs will be up to the customer when exchanging damaged/defective purchases.
